Tofu is a great protein which can really be mixed with any fruits of veg.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 water
- 1 cup chopped and peeled pear
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup tofu
Method:
- In a saucepan, combine water, pear and banana. Bring to a boil over a medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the pear is tender and the water has reduced to about a quarter (approx 5 mins).
- Remove from heat and add the tofu.
- Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
- When cooled to luke warm you can feed to baby. then store your leftovers in a Wean Meister Freezer Pod.
