Tofu, Pears and Banana

Tofu is a great protein which can really be mixed with any fruits of veg.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 water
  • 1 cup chopped and peeled pear
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup tofu

Method:

  • In a saucepan, combine water, pear and banana.  Bring to a boil over a medium heat.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the pear is tender and the water has reduced to about a quarter (approx 5 mins).
  • Remove from heat and add the tofu.
  • Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • When cooled to luke warm you can feed to baby.  then store your leftovers in a Wean Meister Freezer Pod.
