This could not be more simple. Fish is extremely good for your babies development and when it can be this easy and tasty, there really is no excuse not to serve it!
Ingredients:
1 Piece of boneless white fish, cooked and flaked
1 large cooked, mashed potato
4 tbsp milk, heated
1 tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
1. Boil or grill the fish (which ever you prefer),
2. Bake the potato in the oven at 180°C, for about an hour.
3. Just mash all the ingredients together. If it’s too lumpy for your baby, puree in a blender (you might want to add a bit more milk). I sometimes throw in a few cooked vegetables for extra goodness and yumminess!
