Bok Choy with Fresh Ginger

Bok Choy is the Chinese equivalent of broccoli and so tender when cooked, making it extremely appealing to young mouths.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1lb bok choy
  • 2tbsp minced ginger roots

Method:

  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Add bok choy and ginger and simmer for 15 mins.
  • Blend to desired consistency.
  • Allow to cool before serving (store the left overs in your Freezer Pod).
