Bok Choy is the Chinese equivalent of broccoli and so tender when cooked, making it extremely appealing to young mouths.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup water
- 1lb bok choy
- 2tbsp minced ginger roots
Method:
- Boil water in a pan.
- Add bok choy and ginger and simmer for 15 mins.
- Blend to desired consistency.
- Allow to cool before serving (store the left overs in your Freezer Pod).
